I can’t recommend Sven Schumann and Hanseatic Moving Services LLC highly enough. I've made 2 huge international moves with them and am amazed at how beautifully everything made it through the long journey. My first move was in 2008 and involved shipping a 40’ container to New Zealand. When my sister and I were faced with the death of our parents 9 years later they were able to pack and ship a 20’ container to my sister in South Africa and one to me in New Zealand with very little lead time. For that we will be forever grateful. I had a local mover move and store my other possessions during a home renovation and everything came back damaged or ruined due to moisture and breakage. When I opened the boxes it was incredibly clear which boxes were packed by Hanseatic. They used desiccants so that moisture damage was a non-issue and wrapped everything so well that even the most fragile treasures arrived unbroken. I have to mention the courtesy and camaraderie of the movers themselves as both times it was impressive to see how they worked together to get a hard job done. The were always kind and thoughtful which I have heard is not the norm in their industry. Thank you doesn’t begin to express my appreciation.

With this company I moved from the USA back to Germany, where I was stationed with my whole family for 5 years. Offers were obtained from several companies in advance. Hanseatic Moving Services was the only company that responded to all of our concerns, provided top advice, delivered a very specific offer and kept to it throughout the rest of the process. We had 750 boxes of moving goods with our family, as well as a car and 13 motorcycles / mopeds (passionate motorcycle enthusiast). With the vehicles in particular, I was concerned with careful handling and safe storage in the container. Hanseatic and his team exceeded all my expectations in this regard: All vehicles were stowed away in an exemplary and absolutely safe manner so that we could start our return journey with peace of mind.
